Refund Eligibility

  • You can receive a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • After 30 days, refunds are no longer available. Shipping cost will not be covered by Farouk Systems, Inc. to return items, it will need to be covered by the consumer.

Exchange Eligibility

  • You can request an exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Exchanges are allowed for the same model or another product of equal value.
